Mealtimes Made Easy: From food refusal to curiosity
A conversation focused on the common challenges that arise with feeding after the first year of life — including food refusal and fluctuating appetite. We’ll explore strategies to make mealtimes calmer and more enjoyable, such as involving children in the choice and preparation of food to spark their interest in eating.
