Ages: 2-8 year olds

Each session invites children to cut, mix, and taste — developing motor, cognitive, and social skills through hands-on action. We teach children to collaborate, and explore ingredients, learning where food comes from and discovering that eating well can be fun and delicious.

Ages: 4-7 year olds

In this magical mix of music, movement, and mindfulness, kids become dance explorers, sound detectives, and expert breathers. We’ll bounce to the beat of our own drum, discover what movements make us groove, and learn how to calm our busy brains. Through exploration children connect with the best versions of themselves.

Ages: 3-5 year olds

In every class, class children wiggle, stretch, balance, and breathe — building strength, focus, and calm through playful movement. With stories, games, and imagination, they learn to listen to their bodies, feel their feelings, and shine from the inside out.

Ages: 2-5 year olds
